The popular variety show called “Run BTS,” which stars the popular seven-member Korean group, premiered its third season last January 1.

Its trailer was aired last December 26 and already got Filipino fans stoked for the show. It has been one of the trending topics on social media since then.

“Run BTS!”, which is Dallyeora Bangtan! in Hangul language, is a Korean show about BTS members Nam-joon or RM, Jung Ho-seok or J-Hope, Kim Tae-hyung or V, Jungkook, Jimin, Jin and Suga doing various activities and challenges.

The show has been running since its first episode on August 1, 2015. Its second season ended with episode 56 last July 23.

It is exclusively aired on V Live, a video streaming website based in South Korea.

BTS’ entry to the international music scene came in 2014 when their album “Skool Luv Affair” appeared in the World Albums Chart by Billboard Music, the organization that ranks music in the world.

It was also the same year when BTS’ other reality show called “American Hustle Life” first premiered. It features the members’ two-week stay in Los Angeles.

In 2017, their fan base grew in the United States after winning the top social artist award at the Billboard Music Awards. BTS also performed at the event for the first time.

They were then featured at the American Music Awards and guested on talk shows in the United States such as the Ellen DeGeneres Show and the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

The music videos they released on YouTube in 2018 gathered over 100 million record-breaking views.

Aside from two programs mentioned, other shows about BTS members are BTS Gayo, Rookie King: Channel Bangtan, BTS: Bokbulbok, BTS: Bon Voyage 1, 2 and 3 and Burn the Stage.
