MANILA, Philippines - Elementary and high school classes in Metro Manila are suspended on Wednesday after the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration raised Public Storm Warning Signal No. 2 over the National Capital Region and a wide swathe of Luzon.

PAGASA said it will come out with an update at 10 p.m. Tuesday to guide schools on whether to push through with college-level classes or not.
