MANILA, Philippines - Now that he has confirmed that he had been asked to head the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), musician Freddie Aguilar suggested a simple solution to the controversial Torre de Manila case.

The NCCA had issued an order calling on DM Consunji Inc. (DMCI) to stop the construction of Torre de Manila, which critics derisively called the "National Photobomber" of Rizal Monument in Luneta Park, Manila, for marring the view of the monument of national hero Dr. Jose Rizal.

Watch what Aguilar had to say about the issue in this News5 video.
