MANILA, Philippines -- Task Force 2016, which bills itself as the biggest network of electoral reform advocates in the country, has issued a statement it hopes will guide voters in their choice of candidates in next year’s elections.

Among its members are the Legal Network for Truthful Elections, the National Movement for Free Elections, and the CBCP's National Secretariat for Social Action.
